Most AI training is someone showing you ChatGPT prompts for an hour. That’s not what this is.
I teach you how to actually use AI in your business – the specific tools, the workflows, the places where it saves real time, and the places where it’s a waste of money. I’ve been building AI agents and automation for the last two years while also running web development projects, so I know what works in practice, not just in demos.
What You’ll Learn
This depends on your business. I don’t run a fixed curriculum because every business has different problems. But here’s what I typically cover:
- Which AI tools actually matter for your work – there are hundreds of them. Most are rubbish. I’ll cut through the noise and show you the three or four that’ll make a difference.
- Writing prompts that get useful output – not “prompt engineering” buzzword stuff. Just practical techniques for getting AI to do what you actually need.
- Automating repetitive tasks – email drafting, report writing, data processing, content creation. The stuff that eats two hours of your day that an AI can do in two minutes.
- Where AI will get you in trouble – confidential data, legal risks, factual errors, copyright issues. The stuff nobody mentions in the hype articles.
- Building simple automations yourself – connecting AI to your existing tools so it runs without you babysitting it.
How It Works
1:1 sessions, remote or in person (Perth). We work on your actual business problems with your actual tools. Not hypothetical case studies – your inbox, your spreadsheets, your workflows.
Most people get what they need in 2-3 sessions. Some want ongoing check-ins as they implement things. No lock-in either way.
Pricing
Single session: $250 (90 minutes)
Good for getting oriented. We’ll audit how you’re currently using AI (or not), identify the quick wins, and build a plan.
Three-session package: $600
Session 1: audit and planning. Sessions 2-3: hands-on implementation. You walk away with working automations, not just notes.
Team workshops: from $500 (half day)
For businesses that want to upskill a team. I’ll tailor the content to your industry and your actual tools.
Who This Is For
Business owners, managers, and team leads who know AI is important but haven’t figured out where to start. You don’t need to be technical. You just need to be willing to try things.
I’ve worked with accountants, lawyers, retailers, tradies, marketing teams, and other developers. The common thread is people who are tired of reading articles about AI and want someone to actually show them how to use it.
About Me
I’m Brad Farleigh. I’ve been building websites and web applications for 17+ years, currently CTO at Bang Digital. I started building AI agents and automation seriously in 2024 and now use AI tools daily across every part of my work – development, project management, client communication, content, and business operations.
I’m not an AI researcher or a data scientist. I’m a practical developer who figured out how to make AI useful in a real business. That’s what I’ll teach you.
