What does that actually mean?
An AI agent is a piece of software that can do tasks on its own. Not a chatbot that answers FAQs. Not a fancy form. An actual worker that reads emails, updates spreadsheets, sends invoices, books appointments, writes reports, or whatever else is eating your time.
I've built agents that manage entire websites, handle client communication, monitor servers, process documents and run marketing campaigns. The technology has moved fast in the last two years and most businesses haven't caught up yet.

How it works
1. You tell me what's eating your time. Not a sales pitch. I want to know which tasks you hate doing, which ones you forget, and which ones cost you money when they slip. It's a paid discovery session, run over email and chat.
2. I tell you what's worth automating and what isn't. Not everything should be an AI agent. Some things are better solved with a simple Zapier workflow or even a better spreadsheet. I'll be honest about what makes sense.
3. You get a fixed quote. No hourly billing that creeps up. You know the cost before I write a line of code.
4. I build it, you test it, we iterate. We adjust it until it does what you need.
What does it cost?
Every job starts with a paid discovery session: I map the workflow and quote the build. Everything after that is a fixed quote, whether it's a single agent, an integration, a Zapier or Make automation, or a bigger build.

What tasks are worth automating with AI?
Repetitive admin with clear rules: invoice processing, email triage, appointment scheduling, report generation. Not everything qualifies. Some jobs are better as a simple Zapier flow, and I'll say so.
Do I need an AI agent, or would Zapier do?
Often Zapier, Make or a better spreadsheet is the right answer. An agent earns its place when the task needs judgement about context, like reading an email and deciding what to do with it. I'll tell you which one your job needs.
Who owns the agent once it's built?
You do. You own the code, and the accounts and hosting it runs on sit in your name.
