AI Agents Perth | Brad Farleigh

I build AI agents that do the boring parts of your job so you don’t have to.

What Does That Actually Mean?

An AI agent is a piece of software that can do tasks on its own. Not a chatbot that answers FAQs. Not a fancy form. An actual worker that reads emails, updates spreadsheets, sends invoices, books appointments, writes reports, or whatever else is eating your time.

I’ve built agents that manage entire websites, handle client communication, monitor servers, process documents, and run marketing campaigns. The technology has moved fast in the last two years and most businesses haven’t caught up yet.

What I Build

Business Automation Agents

Agents that handle repetitive admin: invoice processing, appointment scheduling, email triage, data entry, report generation. You define the rules, the agent does the work.

Website Management Agents

Agents that monitor your site, update content, check for broken links, manage security patches, and alert you when something goes wrong. Like having a junior dev on call 24/7.

Customer Communication Agents

Agents that respond to enquiries, qualify leads, book meetings, and follow up with customers. Not a dumb chatbot with canned responses – an agent that actually understands context and can have a real conversation.

Custom Integrations

Agents that connect your existing tools together. Your CRM talks to your invoicing system, your booking system talks to your calendar, your email talks to your project management tool. No more copy-pasting between apps.

How It Works

1. We talk about what’s eating your time. Not a sales pitch. I want to understand which tasks you hate doing, which ones you forget, and which ones cost you money when they slip. 30 minutes on a call or over coffee.

2. I tell you what’s worth automating and what isn’t. Not everything should be an AI agent. Some things are better solved with a simple Zapier workflow or even just a better spreadsheet. I’ll be honest about what makes sense.

3. You get a fixed quote. No hourly billing that creeps up. You know the cost before I write a line of code.

4. I build it, you test it, we iterate. You’ll have access to a working version within days, not months. We adjust until it does exactly what you need.

Pricing

Discovery session: $150
We map out your workflows and I identify the best automation opportunities. If there’s nothing worth building, you’ve only spent $150 to find that out.

Agent builds: from $1,000
Depends on complexity. A simple email triage agent is very different from a multi-step workflow that touches five systems. You get a fixed quote after discovery.

Ongoing management: from $200/month
Agents need monitoring and occasional tweaking. I can manage them for you or hand everything over and teach your team to run them.
